You can order online or, if you have no email address, by mail to 25a North St, Charminster, Dorchester, Dorset, DT2 9QZ. If you order by mail please include the collection name and item code as well as full contact details which must include your address and phone number.
At present payment is by cheque ( card payments will be added shortly). If you have any queries please contact me on 01305 266495. As soon as I ring to confirm availablility of the item/s in which you are interested please send your cheque to me and the jewellery will be despatched. I will reserve items for one week from the day your order arrives.
All jewellery will be temporarily removed from the website when your order is received and permanently removed once payment has been made. However there will inevitably be some time lag and I will get in contact with you if the item you wish to purchase has already been sold. My glass pieces are individually made so every item is different but I may be able to offer you an alternative. Items will be despatched within 7 days of receipt of cheque. My aim is to keep you informed at all times.

Once you have chosen an item, just fill in the simple form alongside it on the right hand side of the product page. This will already contain all the product information needed so you just need to fill in your contact details before hitting the "order item" button.
This will take you to a confirmation page which confirms the purchase and contact information. This information is contained in an email which is sent automatically to me and copied to the email address which you have provided.
As soon as I receive the email I ring you to confirm availability. I then reserve the item for you for one week pending arrival of your cheque for the full amount plus postage.
Once your cheque has cleared I will confirm your order and then inform you of despatch.
I currently charge a rate of £4 for the first item, £3.50 for the second and £2.50 per item from then on for standard delivery (3-5 day) to all areas within mainland UK. This postage charge is waived if the total order value exceeds £100. Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of cheques clearing.
If the item does not fulfil your expectation please return it to me within 14 days in the original packaging with the receipt and I will replace the item or refund you in full.
